Title: Store Manager (Full Time)

Location: Vancouver, BC

Our client, a leading retail company in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee their store in Vancouver, BC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store operations, including sales, customer service, staff management, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:
– Drive sales and meet store targets through effective merchandising, promotion strategies, and customer service
– Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve high performance and sales goals
– Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
– Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and order merchandise as necessary
– Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
– Develop and implement store policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
– Maintain a safe and secure working environment for all staff and customers

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
