Head of Brand and Campaigns

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum

Our client, a leading digital entertainment company, is seeking a Head of Brand and Campaigns to drive the business forward through innovative and impactful marketing strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive brand and campaign strategy to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition. You will be responsible for managing a team of marketing professionals, overseeing the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, and collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver exceptional results.

Key responsibilities:
– Develop and implement a brand and campaign strategy to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
– Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth
– Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support
– Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
– Collaborate with internal and external partners to maximize campaign impact, including creative agencies, media partners, and other stakeholders
– Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
– Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends to drive continuous improvement in marketing activities.

The ideal candidate will have:
– Proven experience in a similar senior marketing role, preferably within the digital entertainment or technology industry
– A track record of developing and executing successful brand and campaign strategies that have driven significant results
– Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across the organization
– A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making and performance optimization
– A passion for digital entertainment and a deep understanding of customer motivations and behaviors.
