The Credit Ratings Vendor Manager role is part of the Data and Business Operations Team at DBRS Morningstar, providing credit ratings and opinions for various types of entities and financial instruments worldwide.
Position: Executive Assistant
Location: Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada

We are currently seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our senior management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing meetings and events, handling correspondence, and making travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Managing and coordinating the schedules of senior management
– Organizing and scheduling meetings and events
– Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
– Making travel arrangements for senior executives
– Coordinating and managing special projects as assigned
– Providing administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
– 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
