Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in organizing ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Assist the Project Manager in organizing ongoing projects
– Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information
– Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
– Prepare project status reports and communicate with team members and stakeholders
– Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
– Ensure project deadlines are met
– Perform any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
– Strong organizational and time-management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
