The Global Audit & Assurance Transformation & Change IPMO Project Manager must have extensive experience in successful project delivery, and will be responsible for maintaining project schedules within the IPMO Program Management pillar.
Title: Retail Store Manager

Location: Alberta, AB

Salary: $50000 – $65000 per year

Description:

We are currently looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operations and management of the store, ensuring sales targets are met, customer service is of the highest standard, and the store is fully compliant with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and staff management
– Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
– Ensure that the store is fully compliant with company policies and procedures
– Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
– Foster a positive work environment and lead by example
– Build and maintain strong customer relationships
– Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to make informed business decisions
– Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times

Requirements:
– Proven experience in a retail management role
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Excellent customer service skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make effective decisions
– Knowledge of retail business operations, including sales, inventory management, and merchandising
– Flexible and adaptable approach to work
– Retail management qualifications or certifications are a plus
