Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and conducting research. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and organize office correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
– Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
– Conduct research and compile data for various projects
– Assist with general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
– Coordinate and manage office supplies inventory
– Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
