Our company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders. The Customer Service Representative will also handle customer account information, track shipments, and handle customer returns and exchanges. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
– Process customer orders and track shipments
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
– Provide product information and assistance to customers
– Handle returns and exchanges according to company guidelines

Qualifications:
