Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Mississauga, ON

Salary: $18 – $20 per hour

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mississauga, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, handling inquiries and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
– Process orders and arrange for delivery or pick-up
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure customer satisfaction
– Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

– 1+ years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
