JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Toronto, ON
Our client, a well-established company in the Toronto area, is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative and organizational skills, as well as strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and coordinate administrative functions, including filing, billing, and data entry
– Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
– Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
– Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence
– Maintain office supplies and inventory
– Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
