Job Description

Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $24 – $26 per hour

Our client, a leading company in the healthcare industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

– Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
– Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
– Assist in the coordination of meetings and events
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail
– Order and maintain office supplies
– Perform data entry and update records as needed

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of administrative experience
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong attention to detail
