Job Description

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Vancouver, BC

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vancouver, BC. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
– Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Processing orders and returns
