Key Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails in a professional and courteous manner
– Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
– Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
– Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges in compliance with company policies
– Maintain customer records by updating account information in the database
– Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the products and services provided
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
