Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently. As the first point of contact for our clients, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Greeting and welcoming clients in a professional and friendly manner
– Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
– Managing the reception area, including organizing and maintaining front desk supplies
– Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
– Maintaining office cleanliness and organization
– Providing general administrative support to staff

Qualifications:
