Global trailblazer company is looking for self-driven individuals with digital marketing managerial experience to join their expanding team. They are seeking professionals who are enthusiastic about utilizing their experience as a Digital Marketing Manager to contribute to the company’s growth.
Position: Office Manager

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 a year

Our company is seeking an experienced Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

– Manage office supplies and equipment
– Organize office operations and procedures
– Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems and layouts
– Handle correspondence and assist with company communication
– Handle confidential information in a professional manner
– Provide administrative support for company executives
– Assist with budget management and expense tracking
– Oversee and support staff with their daily tasks

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as an office manager or administrative assistant
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills
