Company is seeking a Transportation Facilities Project Manager to join their team in Ontario. The role will involve working with a team of professionals on Transportation Engineering projects at their Toronto or Guelph office locations. They are looking for someone who can contribute to the growth of the team.
POSITION: Receptionist/Office Administrator
LOCATION: Concord, ON
DUTIES:
– Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
– Answer and redirect incoming calls
– Manage incoming and outgoing mail
– Maintain office supplies inventory
– Schedule appointments and meetings
– Perform data entry and filing tasks
– Coordinate travel arrangements when needed
– Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
– Previous experience in a similar role
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– High school diploma or equivalent
