Job Description

Position: Retail Sales Associate

Location: Mississauga, ON

Salary: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour

Our client, a well-known retail store in Mississauga, is looking to hire a Retail Sales Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous retail sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

– Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection
– Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
– Maintain a clean and organized store environment
– Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
– Build and maintain strong customer relationships
– Meet and exceed sales goals

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous retail sales experience preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
