Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Toronto, ON
Our company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage the office, perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, and support our team members. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist visitors to the office
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Manage and organize physical and digital files
– Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
– Schedule appointments and meetings
– Make travel arrangements and reservations
– Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, photocopying, and filing
– Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
– Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
– High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
