Job Description

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: North York, ON

Salary: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in North York. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone and in person. This individual must have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and assisting clients with their inquiries
– Providing customers with product information and assistance
– Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
– Processing orders and conducting follow-up calls
