The IT Project Manager role is a remote contract position in Canada, specifically on a T4 basis with no INC/C2C options. The individual in this role is responsible for managing complex system projects and programs.
Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the company by developing and implementing strategic sales plans. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring that they meet their sales targets.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
– Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
– Manage a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and support to help them meet their targets
– Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
– Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and initiatives that drive sales growth
– Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role
– Strong leadership skills and experience managing a sales team
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Willingness to travel for business purposes
