Title: IT Support Specialist

Location: Toronto, ON

Responsibilities:
– Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users
– Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
– Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
– Assist with network and server administration tasks
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new IT solutions
– Develop and maintain documentation of IT systems and processes
– Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures

Qualifications:
– Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in IT support role
– Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
– Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
– Familiarity with network technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
– IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
