Job Description
Position: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Toronto, ON
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
– Resolve customer issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
