The 3PL Operations Administrator will report to the Manager of Marketing & Customer Success and will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations within the 3PL department.
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Markham, ON
Salay: $18-22 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Markham, ON.
Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
– Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
– Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
– Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently
– Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
– Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
