Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
– Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
– Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary action
– Develop and administer training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
– Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
– Manage compensation and benefits programs
– Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
– Handle employee grievances and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
– Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
