Salary: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year

Job Description:

Our client, a reputable data analytics firm, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Programming and Data Analytics Assistant to join their team in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate will work closely with the data analytics team to assist in developing and maintaining data analysis tools, as well as performing regular data cleaning and analysis tasks.

Responsibilities:

– Assist in developing and maintaining data analysis tools using programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
– Perform data cleaning and analysis tasks to support business intelligence and decision-making processes
– Collaborate with the data analytics team to generate reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
– Contribute to the development and implementation of data analytics best practices and processes
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field of data analytics and programming

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
– Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, and SQL
– Experience with data cleaning and analysis techniques
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
– Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is an asset
