The job is for a Dynamics CRM Project Manager in Vancouver, BC. The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects within the Core Regulatory department.
Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
– Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing disciplinary issues
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations
– Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
– Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
– Partner with senior management to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 5+ years of experience in HR management
– Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
