Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
– Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Providing support and solutions to customer issues in a timely manner
– Processing orders and returns
– Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
– Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Prior customer service experience preferred
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
– Proficient computer skills
