Position Overview:

BlueArrow Robotics Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planner/Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The Planner/Scheduler will be responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of projects, and identifying and resolving any scheduling conflicts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of projects
– Coordinate with various departments, including production, procurement, and engineering, to ensure smooth workflow
– Identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts
– Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project timelines and milestones
– Monitor and track project progress
– Participate in meetings and discussions to provide input on scheduling requirements
– Implement improvements to streamline scheduling processes

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
– 3+ years of experience in planning and scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Project, and other scheduling software
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
– Detail-oriented and highly organized
– Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is a plus
