Ecolab Canada is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support marketing initiatives for their largest division, Institutional. Ideal candidate is a talented specialist in Marketing looking for a new opportunity in a global company.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Marketing Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team to assist with various tasks and projects in order to help drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Create and maintain marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to help identify target audiences
• Assist with coordinating and executing marketing events and promotions
• Monitor and track the performance of marketing initiatives and provide regular reports to the team
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in branding and messaging

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other marketing tools/software
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
