Position: Customer Support Specialist

Location: Vancouver, BC

Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 per year

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services
– Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
– Maintain customer records and update information in the database
– Identify opportunities for improvement in customer support processes

Qualifications:
