Job Description
Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Vancouver, BC
Salary: $22 – $26 an hour
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in Vancouver, BC. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling incoming calls and emails.
– Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
– Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
– Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
– Assist with special projects and other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– 2+ years of administrative support experience.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.
