Title: Data Entry Clerk

Location: Toronto, ON

Job Type: Permanent/Full Time

Salary: $16 – $19 per hour

Job Description:

Our company is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting information into our database from paper documents. The Data Entry Clerk will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of valuable company information.

Responsibilities:
– Input data from paper documents into database system
– Verify the accuracy of data entered
– Update existing data
– Retrieve data from the database when requested
– Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
– Keep information confidential

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position
– Fast typing skills
– Excellent knowledge of word processing tools
– Great attention to detail
– Organizational skills
– High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset
