Position: Call Center Customer Service Representative

Salary: $16- $18 per hour
We are seeking a Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have previous experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities:
– Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
– Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance
– Update customer information in the database
– Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed
