Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
– Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
– Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
– Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
– Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
– Manage employee relations issues and ensure compliance with employment laws
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure HR goals are met
– Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 5+ years of experience in HR management
– Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– HR certification (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
