Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Our client, a leading company in the retail industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Toronto. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
