Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee all aspects of our store operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee daily store operations
– Hire, train, and supervise staff
– Monitor and analyze sales performance
– Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Maintain a clean and organized store environment
– Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Excellent customer service skills
– Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
– Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
