Ripple Effect, a studio known for developing the next Battlefield game, is seeking a Senior Resourcing Manager to join their Resource Management Organization on a 12-month temporary contract.
Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Security Manager to oversee our security operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of security personnel, monitoring and enforcing security protocols, and ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and coordinate security staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
– Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the protection of company assets
– Monitor surveillance equipment and respond to security alerts or incidents in a timely manner
– Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
– Work closely with other departments to address security concerns and implement security measures
– Investigate security breaches or incidents and recommend corrective actions
– Maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and training programs
– Stay current on security trends, technology, and best practices to continuously improve security operations

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in security management or a related field
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices
– Familiarity with security equipment, systems, and technology
– Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
– Certification in security management or a related field is preferred
