Description:
Our company is looking for a motivated and organized HR Coordinator to join our team in Richmond, BC. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with day-to-day operations. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, and experience with HRIS systems. Key responsibilities include coordinating recruitment activities, managing employee files, and assisting with HR projects as needed. Responsibilities:
– Coordinate recruitment activities such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
– Manage employee files, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with HR policies
– Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing documentation
– Assist with the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, such as onboarding and training
– Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
– Maintain HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy
– Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as needed
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in HR or related administrative roles
– Strong understanding of HR practices and principles
– Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
– Proactive and detail-oriented with a can-do attitude
