Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service, resolving complaints, and processing orders. The successful candidate must have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide customers with product information and assistance
– Process customer orders and returns
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Maintain accurate customer records and data entry

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in customer service or related field
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
