A company is hiring a Junior Project Manager to support Project Managers and Portfolio Leads in coordinating and managing activities on various projects. The role involves day-to-day project coordination and administration.
We are looking for a skilled maintenance technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance work, including plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems, and carpentry. Responsibilities will include conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment, identifying and resolving issues, and performing maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing minor electrical issues, and repairing plumbing fixtures. The candidate should have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and excellent problem-solving skills. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent are required. Additional certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work is a plus. This is a full-time position with occasional on-call requirements, and the candidate must be available to work occasional weekends and evenings.
