Description:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects within the specified time, budget, and scope. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of assigned projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

Responsibilities:

– Lead the planning and implementation of projects
– Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
– Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
– Identify and manage project risks and issues
– Oversee project quality control and assurance
– Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
– Act as a liaison between the project team, management, and stakeholders
– Mentor, train, and guide project team members
– Ensure project deliverables are on time and meet quality standards
– Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report
– Continuously improve project management processes and tools

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
– Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
– 7+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
– Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
– Proficiency in project management tools and software
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
– Strong understanding of project management best practices and methodologies
