Patent Coordinator
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $19 – $20 per hour

Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a Patent Coordinator to join their team in Minneapolis, MN. This is a contract position with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the patent team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
– Manage patent portfolios and assist with docketing and reporting
– Coordinate with outside counsel and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate patent filings
– Assist with patent searches and analysis
– Support the patent team in various tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field
– 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a legal or intellectual property setting
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
– Experience with patent docketing systems is a plus
– Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
