Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, setting sales goals, implementing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:
– Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support
– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
– Set sales targets and monitor performance to ensure objectives are met
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
– Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth
– Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
– Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
– Strong leadership and team management skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
