Job Description:

Our client an Outsourcing Company is looking for a Client Relations Expert to work in their UK client’s office, based in Surrey. The Client Relations Expert will act as the client’s representative, the go-to person for all enquiries from new and existing clients. As the first point of contact, you will liaise with clients over the phone, email and face to face, ensuring that the clients queries are resolved promptly and efficiently. You will provide excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients to ensure a long-term partnership. You will also identify new business opportunities and upsell services to existing clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor. You will have previous experience in a client-facing role, ideally within the IT/Technology sector. You will be confident, proactive and have a can-do attitude.
