Position: Customer Service Associate
Location: Ottawa, ON
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15-20 per hour
We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Ottawa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing excellent customer service and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
– Assist customers with product information and order processing
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
