Job Description
Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities:
– Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide accurate and timely information to customers
– Resolve customer complaints and technical issues
– Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
– Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet
– Previous customer service experience is a plus
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
