Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Edmonton, Alberta

Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Edmonton. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
– Handling customer requests such as order changes, returns, and refunds
– Providing product information and recommendations to customers
– Processing sales transactions and payments accurately
– Maintaining customer records and ensuring data accuracy

Qualifications:
