Job Description
Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $17 – $20 per hour
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the office.
Responsibilities:
– Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members
– Greeting visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
– Managing and organizing office files and documents
– Scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members
– Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
– Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels
– Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
– Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
