Job Description

Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Vancouver, BC

Salary: $18 – $20 per hour

Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vancouver, BC. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

– Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
– Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns
– Process orders and update customer information in the system
– Resolve customer issues and complaints in a prompt and efficient manner
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:
