Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Mississauga, ON

Salary: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour

Our client, a leading transportation company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Mississauga, ON. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $20.00 – $22.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the management team
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
– Coordinate meetings and events
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
– Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
– Perform data entry and update databases
– Other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of administrative experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail
