Job Description:

Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and concerns, processing orders, and managing customer accounts. This role requires a professional and friendly demeanor, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Process customer orders and provide product information
– Manage customer accounts and update customer information as needed
– Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department
– Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service
– Collaborate with the sales team to support customer needs and sales initiatives
– Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment is a plus
